Events such as conferences,
seminars,congresses,symposia,fairs,or workshops, related
to the enlargement of the European Union and more particularly
to the accession criteria defined by the European Council
in 1993 in Copenhagen and
the 31 chapters of the Accession negotiations .

Non-profit-makingorganisations:
-officially registered non-governmental,non-profit organisations,including
foundations,associations and charity organisations,
- regional and local authorities and their associations,
- professional organisations including trade unions and
chambers of commerce,
- institutions of higher education including universities,
- research and development entities and their organisational
units, from the European Union or the 10 countries listed

| Projects should be within
European Union territory or within one of the 10 countries
eligible for projects funded by the Phare programme, i.e.Bulgaria,Czech
Republic,Estonia,Hungary,Latvia, Lithuania,Poland,Romania,Slovakia,Slovenia

available for this call for proposals EUR
2 100 000.
Maximum and minimum
grant amounts
(a)Minimum grant for a project:EUR 15 000.
(b)Maximum grant for a project:EUR 50 000.
(c)Maximum proportion of project costs to be covered by
Community funding:80 %of eligible costs.
