June 2000;

1999) for the period from 1 July 2000 to 30 June 2006

Universities and higher-education institutes in the
countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the newly-independent
republics of the former Soviet Union
Eligibility:
A proposal should be submitted by a partnership of universities
(from two European Union countries and at least one
CEEC or NIS recipient country) for a joint European
project which focuses on educational restructuring or
university management in line with the priorities established
with the national authorities of the recipient countries
Procedure to be followed:
Following a call for proposals, an application should
be submitted which meets the criteria and priorities
laid down in the applicants' guide
Deadline:The next
deadline for applications for Joint European Projects
will be: 15 December 2002 (for projects beginning in
Autumn 2003).The next deadline for applications for
Individual Mobility Grants will be: 15 February 2003
(for a visit foreseen between 1 June 2003 and 30 October
2003).
